General

  • Yes! We are accepting new patients of all genders and ages (over the age of 12).

  • Visit our services page to fill out a short form with your personal and insurance information and we’ll give you a call during business hours to get you scheduled ASAP! You can also call our office (304-212-5663) or stop into our office any day during business hours to learn more and get scheduled.

  • Wait times for primary care and lactation appointments are typically no more than 1-2 weeks from the appointment request, depending on patient volume.

  • Our office is located at 10000 Coombs Farm Rd, Ste 106, Morgantown, WV 26508. We are in the last building in the office complex with Amplify Children’s Academy. Our entrance is on the ground level and there are reserved parking spots right out front for our patients! Our office does not have any stairs and the building is ADA compliant. If you need any accommodations, please call ahead to our office and we will make every effort to ensure you can receive care in a way that works for you!

  • Absolutely. We offer patient portal access through athenaOne software. All our patients are invited to sign up for the free portal service through desktop access or an app on their smartphones.

  • You do not need to be a parent to be seen at our clinic. Our providers have special experience working with newly postpartum parents, but are also honored to care for folks who don’t have kids.

  • Not at this time. While Heather has offered home-birth services in the past, we are not currently offering these services. However, we are very happy to refer patients to incredible midwives for home-birth and hospital deliveries as well as OB/GYNs in the area!

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer home visits. We are honored that our clinic is such a trusted and sought-after provider by so many new parents, but this does mean that we can no longer accommodate home visits. We see patients in our beautiful office in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV and also via telehealth when possible. *Please note: some insurance plans will not cover lactation care via telehealth, so be sure to verify with our front office!

Billing

  • We are happy to accept most insurance providers, please contact us to verify if your specific provider is covered.
