Our Team
Heather ONeal
Founder/CEO of Busy Moms Healthcare
Hi everyone! I’m Heather, the Founder and CEO of Busy Moms Healthcare. As a Certified Nurse-Midwife and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting new parents by providing healthcare that meets their needs, on their terms. As a provider, I work with patients to help them reach their breastfeeding goals and successfully navigate the challenges of postpartum life. As a mom of three kids, I fully understand how hard it is for so many women like me to take the time to care for themselves. I created Busy Moms Healthcare to address this issue by providing quality, personal care for women – above all, listening and working in partnership with my patients every step of the way.
Sarah Woods
Primary Care Provider
Hello! I’m Sarah Woods, a Family Nurse Practitioner at Busy Moms Healthcare. After working for years as a nurse, I went back to graduate school to pursue my dream career working in women’s health. After finishing my degree, I joined the team in 2024 to expand my practice, with a focus in women’s health and primary care. My specialties also include hormone therapy and medical weight loss to address my patients’ needs across all phases of life. As a mom of two young kids, I know how busy life can get, so I always meet my patients with eyes wide-open to the challenges and joys of a lifelong journey for health.
Maureen Farrell
My name is Maureen Farrell; I am a Certified Family Herbalist, Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Doula, and a Certified Professional Midwife. I am also Heather's co-host on The Milk Minute Podcast, which is a weekly production where we bring you practical breastfeeding tips in a fun and dynamic podcast.
Jessica Heflin
Hi! I’m Jessica Heflin, a Speech Language Pathologist at Busy Moms Healthcare. After working for almost 10 years for West Virginia Birth to Three, I have found my passion lies in infant and toddler feeding. As a mom of four young kids, I remember how stressful those early days of breastfeeding can be. It seems that as soon as you've established your routine, it’s time to introduce solids and that routine goes down the drain! In that first year of life feeding can often feel overwhelming and scary, but I am here to help you overcome feeding challenges and create a fun (and not stressful) mealtime experience.
Supporting Staff
Each member of our support team diligently works to ensure a positive clinic experience for our patients every step of the way. We can't wait to care for you!
